Is there a direct flight from Mumbai to Kathmandu?
Yes. IndiGo, SpiceJet, and Nepal Airlines operate 4-6 daily direct flights from Mumbai BOM Terminal 2 to Kathmandu. Duration: 3 hr 15 min. Round-trip economy fares range ₹18,000–₹35,000 depending on season. Direct routes are non-stop with no layover.
How much does Kailash Yatra 2027 cost from Mumbai?
Package prices are on request, and 2027 rates will be quoted once the season is confirmed. The package price is the same regardless of departure city. Add the Mumbai-Kathmandu round-trip flight (₹18,000-35,000) and personal expenses. Kailash yatras are on hold at present.
Can I get strict Jain or pure-veg meals on Kailash Yatra?
Yes. We arrange strict pure-veg (no onion, no garlic) meals throughout the yatra — including the Tibet portion where our Chinese partners provide pre-arranged Jain-friendly meals at Mansarovar guesthouses. Communicate Jain preference at booking; we instruct guides 1 week before departure.
Do you arrange Marathi or Gujarati-speaking guides?
Our standard guides speak English, Hindi, and Nepali. For groups of 10+ Marathi or Gujarati pilgrims, we can arrange a Marathi/Gujarati-speaking assistant guide accompanying the lead guide at an additional ₹15,000 per yatra. Coordinator-level support via WhatsApp is always in Hindi (and Marathi/Gujarati on request).

When should Mumbai pilgrims plan for Saga Dawa?
Saga Dawa usually falls in May–June; exact 2027 dates are published once confirmed. The peak window normally needs 12+ weeks lead time for helicopter and 8 weeks for overland, and Mumbai-KTM direct flights sell out faster around it. Kailash yatras are on hold at present, so groups of 6+ should join our 2027 priority list now.
